1) DELETE install.php now (otherwise anyone can hit it).
2) In the plugin, set const PUBLIC_KEY to the value above.
3) In the plugin, set const LICENSE_SERVER to this server's URL
   (e.g. https://app.bizbot.al).
4) Open admin.php to issue your first license.
